Replacement Policy

Received a damaged, leaked, or defective product? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a free replacement — no questions asked.

Return Policy

• Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Opened food products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
