Does your honey crystallize? Is it fake if it does?+
Crystallization is a natural process of raw honey and actually a sign of purity. Simply place the jar in warm water (not boiling) to return it to liquid form.
What makes Indus Raw Honey different from store-bought products?+
Most commercial products are heated, filtered, or blended with additives. Our products are raw, unheated, and minimally processed, retaining all enzymes, nutrients, and natural properties.
How long does delivery take within Pakistan?+
We deliver across Pakistan within 2–5 business days, depending on your city. Free cash on delivery is available nationwide.
What if I receive a damaged product?+

Do you offer cash on delivery?+
Yes! Cash on delivery is available free of charge across all of Pakistan. You can also pay securely by credit or debit card at checkout.
Can I return products?+
Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, but damaged items are always replaced.
